1. What This Website Is

This is an independently run private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves them, performs official checks, or files paperwork for a visitor.

Its content directs readers to Indiana County Jail, the Sheriff, criminal courts, Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, and Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Public Website. Government access is shaped by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104, and criminal-history dissemination under 18 Pa.C.S. Chapter 91. Some pages also connect to third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site
